When the player logs in he might find the planets in some kind of planet-ghost mode for 24h after the login. Giving this time to the conqueror to move the fleet before the planets be normal again.

Yes, game has been update to version 6.3.4 today, and a small logout has been noticed due to a small hot fix. But nothing wrong besides that. As DeathScream said, try to clear cookies and everything should work fine.
