A few new things

Hi all, just a couple of issues which I inform you of and plans together with current problems:

1) Currently an issue with SMS-provider in Spain. As it is taking them too long to process payments into the game, the service has been suspended, because they are causing accounts to be deleted due to the amount of time they are taking to process the payment.
2) Hotmail accounts - please try not to register with them. For some reason emails just aren't getting to most of them with passwords etc. I'd recommend gmail or another provider.

3) Extended support - at the moment a team is being constructed so that not all communication to staff has to come in English. Slowly and shortly you will notice some changes to email addresses for support so that you are able to write in polish/german/french/turkish etc. The information for this will be posted as soon as it is confirmed and the team-members are in place.

4) Lots of CRs - at the moment there is an ACS bug which send a LOT of CRs all at the same time. We are aware of it and are working on it, but I ask at the moment that you just delete the messages when this happens.

OK, more news:

We have some staff now which will enable people to utilise things such as extended language support.

prOGame Support, IRC Contact and Pillory

Please note that every single staff member we have is an SGO or GA in their various OGame communities. Please treat them with the kindness and respect that their experience and position deserves. You will find them very happy to help.

Second thing is that very shortly we will be trialling and hopefully implementing a new web interface for support. This will mean an end of having to try and reach one person by email, as any available staff member can reach and handle your request if they are able to understand the language. For those of you from ogame.ba, you may be very familiar with the system already.
