General Discussion Uni1

    I have looked around and seen that there are no Uni1 discussion threads,


    So i thought i'd try and make one.



    Well, Where to start. We lost our great player Crafty a few months back that was a shame. LB took his rank 2 account and its now 3rd and Urza will he reach the number one spot and take over jake?


    How have the wars been going? Many IPM assults and some good hits by all war teams? Who will win the wars. You decide.


    What are the best places to Colonize? G1 G2 G3 ...... G8 G9 ?


    Should players join this uni with new accounts. i think yes? Do you?


    Is the Uni Dying. Well thats your Opinion.


    Is Uni1 Getting less players because of the new Uni's coming out so quick?


    How are you playing? Is it up to your high standards or are you being lazy?


    Any of your alliance members just left and you want us to remember them?

    Crafty leaving was a great shame indeed.


    IPM attacks, there are plenty. Still a coward's attack the way I see it tho. After all there is a reason why it is more often used by weak and dumb players.


    All Unis are dying. The number of Ogamers is probably very much steady or at least not growing as fast as the number of Unis opening up. And most Ogamers are not real ogamers because they are not pacient enough. If they were, they would start playing in the older unis and work their way to the top, instead of being hooked up to the computer every time a new uni opens so they can be in the top 10 for at least 8 hours. That's pathetic, but it's how most ogamers are.


    So uni1, is probably the best uni out there with the best players. and even the ones starting from the begining now and not quitting, will be top players one day. It may take years, but this is the uni for those who are not impacient and don't expect to get a top acc on some happy meal next time they head to McDonalds. winks at LB ;)

    Well, what can i say, i dont think the Uni 1 is dying just some players, old players need some STOP and RELAX, we can find a lot of types of attacks in this Uni but all the day we need more heavy fleet and more Ipm's to destroy defenses and fleet.


    The uni 1 is very hard to play we have a lot of players with excellents skills and that's awesome because all the days we know more new ingame tips and that is goood.


    About the new players is very dificult play with no moon, we scan all the colonys and if we see profit we hit him and that's part the game and a challange for the new player.


    Best player ? i dont think in this Uni exist one best player, i think exist a lot of good players with diferents skills and form to play, is ilogic say one name when we have 5000 players in our uni.


    Best Hof'er ? mmm i see a lot of hofs in my 2 years and 9 months playing Ogame, but i think we have a lot of players with good cr's in this Uni ;)

    I,ve seen so many players come and go in my three years here. My buddylist used to read like a whos who etc Gradually they have drifted of to real life, like many off my enemies ingame as well, itss hard to keep the momentum going for so long, when many of the people you would talk to have gone, just the way it is, real life will call me back one day but most who would mourn my leaving have allready gone.


    As far as the game goes,any noob starting off is better of in the older unis, most inactives with larger mines will allways have 200k of ress, something you,ll never find in a new uni, a very quick start for them if they can learn the game. I,m allways disapointed when I see threads claiming unfair play beacause a higher ranked player hit them, hide your ress in a building or reserach and cancel it later etc Its a tougher game than it looks, and you need to be bright and dogged to do well, but anyone who plays other online games will know that on your first time of playing something like HALO will know that te enemy will shoot you just as dead whether your a noob or an expericed player
