The way around having to re-enable the extensions every time is to change to the developer version of Chrome. Once this is installed and the dev mode is enabled on the extensions screen, you can add with infocompte3 and other scripts which are not in the chrome store by dragging them onto the extensions screen. Because it's the dev release of Chrome, it won't disable them every time the browser is shutdown. I'm using it right now, works identical (at this time) to the release version with no troubles. Tampermonkey cannot re-enable the extensions in the stable version of Chrome anymore unless they are from the webstore ... #thanksalotgoogle
I should mention this would apply to anything out there that is not in the google webstore.
