I was searching in google for free ogame accounts and i found a link but when i log in it tells me "You are not allowed to enter this page. You do not have the required permissions to enter this page. 
" why cant i go in or what do i need to do to have the right to look at that?

well i wouldnt trust that site you could have your own account stolen . and i think you might want to have your post moved to game help as a player i would only use the acc. search and trade section here on the board or on of the other ogame boards . like .us / .de/ to be safe

If you are referring to another OGame community's forum, please post on their forum or contact one of their board admins.
As brain rot said, 3rd party trading sites are a good way to lose your account to scams.
