Dear players,
In recent weeks, there have been an increased number of global support tickets regarding account thefts. That's why we would like to take this chance to point out the importance of your account passwords.
> use long passwords
8 characters is minimum, but it's too SHORT
You have up to 20 characters so use it!
> use cryptic passwords
"Iluvyou" or QWERTY is not cryptic
> never use the same passwords
Don't use the same password for your game account as you use on external websites. The password of your mailbox should be different. In the best case you even use a different email in your game account as you use on external websites.
> keep your password top secret
Don't store your password on the (internal) allypage or in an ally forum. Not even in case of emergency. In case your account needs to be sat, create a new password for the sitter and change it again after the sitting is done.
> keep your computer safe and clean
Use a good antivirus and antispyware and keep it up to date.
Don't click on links or install any software/add ons/scripts that promise you more resources or Dark Matter or other advantages. This is just
- empty promises,
- for advantage of the provider,
- your security risk.
It's out of question that a third party can get your password with a supposed hack of our servers. That's impossible!
You are the only one who is responsible for the security of your account. Have a look at our T&Cs (excerpt):

The user shall again be permitted use once the suspicion of misuse has been shown to be groundless.
3.1.4 Unless permitted under the Rules, the user is not entitled under any circumstances to use the log-in data of another user.
Now we want to take a closer look on the email of your account.
> always enter YOUR email in your account
If your email adress changes, always do the change in your game account as well.
If you take over an account, always change the email adress to your own immediately.
Without your email in your account
- you aren't the account owner within the meaning of the rules.
- we can't give you support in any way.
- the previous account owner can take back his account at any time.
- you violate against our rule:
Display More1. Accounts
The owner of an account is always the owner of the email-address bound the game account.
Each account is entitled to be played by a single player at any time, account sitting being the only exception.
Account exchanges within a single universe must be done with the assistance of a GameOperator and are allowed only once every 15 days. In strict accordance with the T&C the new owner have to change the email-address within the first 12 hours after the account has been switched.

Clarifications
Every account exchange needs to be informed from original owner, tickets from new owners claiming they took it can not be considered.
The only complaints considered will be the ones that come from the owner of a given account's registered email address.
No complaints will be processed in cases where players do not change their e-mail address after an account exchange, inter universe exchange or free account giveaway.
