I'm so glad this game died a long time ago and pity the fools who don't have the self-control to accept it, logout and enjoy real life.

Nice hit I guess, too bad it doesn't mean anything anymore. Too little too late. Feel free to play a game that's actually relevant if you're gonna waste your lives staring at a screen 24/7. It's difficult to celebrate a win when you were born losers.

I've been in v-mode most of the time lately, but I randomly logged into my account, by coincidence the exact moment the DF was created. Incredible. I spent a long time waiting for the CR report, and got to see it early, and then spent even more time waiting for the friggin HoF to get posted. Amazing

Congrats attackers on your plans coming to fruition, and mind boggling ~100Bn Profit. The attackers got incredibly lucky, but they put the work in, so they reap the rewards.

To the defenders: you have the skills to rebuild, and good luck with the recovery... My noob-self can't imagine what it's like to maintain a fleet of that size, but I will say this in terms of strategy: There's no reason an account that size shouldn't have enough deut to f/s if it's not going into v-mode. Even with 5M in fleet you need around 500-700M deut just to be functional (assuming deut stockpiles). If you have 650M in fleet, then it would follow (using lazy math) that you need somewhere in the neighbourhood of 40B+ deut to be functional. It seems to me that players are either outgrowing their economy, or the amount of deut they buy. That assumes that you want to be able to launch nearly your entire fleet, from any moon, at any given time.

It seems you would need 100-150M deut to fleetsave to closest DF with that fleet. In the grand scheme of things, that is just a drop in the bucket, small change, for a fleet that size... You can f/s to neighbors DF, and not let it bounce, or your own DF, and not let it bounce, or even let it bounce with enough recy waves to cover the DF disappearing.

All of these top players, with massive fleets, are always asking for more deut. If you want more deut suppliers, all you have to do is pay more than the next guy. It takes a lot of intimidation, or charitable ally mates to get the rates down to 2/1/1. It's pretty unfortunate that players have to compete with the F******* merchant to buy deut, but if you want to have enough to f/s; paying more than 2/1/1 is a good idea. If the person you're buying from is a friend, then you're investing in their growth, and thus their ability to sell you more deut in the future. I guess in the short run, it's easier to be short-sighted.

On another note... I'm hoping one empire of domination, doesn't simply become another one... I love seeing top players fall, and if it were up to me it would happen 5x a day or something. But it's not healthy for the universe to have a group of untouchable players.. (unless you're in that group obviously ).

So we will see what happens next, and may there be the maximum amount of destruction possible in the next years.

this hit impresses all who ever wondered how big a splash could be made, back before acs it was opined the super advanced would be the vanguard of o-crack extremes but gf of course chuckled back then, silly us... they didn't see coming what may be that the sims couldn't handle the #'s (think rip rapidfire) and the server itself came to the same limitations, too-few registers can be physically placed in the actual chip circuits, it overflowed, and flowed and flowed...

the res capture and deut grab have to be the most epic ever, absolutely astounding

this hit brought more fun to the game in a short span of time than anything, and that's possibly the record of records for it, on behalf of the uni, the unis, the game, big thanks for the attackers and yes the defender, who without none of this would have been possible.

some game evolution took place, and some personal evolutions, too; there was a wide-open case-study in this thread of the past and present and fortunately the much more which is yet to come, so beware all chickensuckers, things definitely just got more interesting... *cackle*
