1x hmmm slow... maybe they should re-define 1x as 5-7x or something

after 1 year or so probably this uni will be almost empty , with no viable option to merge due to its slow speed.....only if next unis will be somehow the same with lower rates

They made this x1 because all the people in uni 1 were upset they were merging with higher speed universes. So now they will have an1x to merge with down the road

there are no higher speed universes merging into universe 1, and nobody there is complaining about anything.

i stopped joining new universes several merges ago, because it seemed pointless building up an account which would be swamped in a merge 2 years down the line.

would join it for fun maybe, but wouldn't spend much in the way of DM.

Well ogame.us will have a new x7 speed eco out, go and check it out on their forum

I think it's moreover the fact that nobody has time to wait for the "rewards" that come from these 1x uni speeds. This isn't 2004 anymore; social demographic is moving in the pace of demand, "wants and needs" are to be fulfilled far quicker. To add to that, with this games rapidly declining playerbase, 1x universes become "boring" for the majority, as the "base economy" of these universes take far too long. But it seems that the Ogame playerbase is far too divided now to come to any rational resolve without leaving at least 1 group upset, or angry, that things didnt sway their way (Which shows a healthy community). I'm not in favour of any particular server setting. I would just follow the idea that in these times of rapid declination for Ogame, that each new universe that comes out should be superiorly different, new ideas and settings to bear fruit are put in place, and see what cliques with the playerbase.

Lets be accept however. Nothing for this game will change.

Aquarius is 6months old 1x flt 7x eco and has less than 700 total players. Come play there instead.

i think this new 1x eco/fleet speed uni is gonna be super awesome, i would like to try it out. i have been long wanting to play on a 1x eco/fleet speed uni in this game i wonder wats its like when things go the normal speed that the game was meant to go at.

just i wonder is it 30% DF or what?

also any other specs we need to know about it? like DM bonus or deuterium usage reduction?

it's like taking ages kind of experience when things go normal. Some people like it and of course there are some advantages as well but I just don't even think about astrophysics level 22, 23 + .
