I'm really, really getting a taste for balls.
This tale starts with me being called out as a lazy Son of a Gun by someone who only does 10% deploy fs's in Vega. Pfft. Didn't take it to heart. Arsehole. Said person and I noticed that conversion was loaded with res, and when they logged in to res save, sent it to one lonely moon in g9. Well Vega, that looks like a dirty fs to me, i said to myself as I went to sleep on a 40% colo fs in mid g1.
Monday
I wake up early Monday and MD conversion in G9. Hellllllooo farmer conversion here with a week long harvest. As i set to work about remodeling the farm house from a medium sized turtle to a sleek,streamlined mound of used rocket launchers Conversion's alliance set about re-mooning him. Suspicious activity from a group of miners. suspicious indeed.
Vice and I speculated as to what could be occurring the common theme was, aside from that Vice has more eyebrow than a common sloth, there was a plan a foot to cause mischief and mayhem to my lovely hit. We speculated it was probably going to be the Royal Prince of blue town himself, carboon, but had to plan for Pariah and Art's rips to be involved. After speaking to Vice for nearly 12 hours, i had to relearn english and avoid going near large concentration of female goats for fear of what i might do to them.
Tuesday
At some point overnight Vormov joined me in system and mooned up - this solidified the belief something was afoot and we adjusted our plan accordingly, alerting Alen and Jossa we had a potential to time someone back. As the hit rolled around it was very clear vormov was lanxing to check if i had added my speed fleet, which coupled with the fact that Count Von Blue Noob was still in his cocoon of safety meant we were dealing with rips and not enough to kill my fleet. As the moon popped, i recalled my main block of rips, leaving one to suicide to keep an attack on lanx, giving me chance to watch for a recall time which we nailed down to around 2 seconds, but didn't know the % it was sent at (incidentally we guessed wrong at 100% - its was 90%).
Vice, in a moment of wisdom no-one expected from an over achieving amoeba, locked a slot in both pariahs systems until we could organise the colonies to be sent. Alen, Jossa, Vice and I trundled up to pariahs system or one over, covered a 100% MD (vice... mding someone...) and locked the fleet down. Vice didn't even lose the rips!
It has to be said, Pariah is one of, if not the, most classy people on this game. I take my hat, trousers and shirt off to the guy.
All in all a bloody successful day.
