Does deep space have a cooldown time?

    You should send a single probe with each expo (you don't need to send more than one probe).


    When you do that, you will get an additional little blurb that alludes to how often it's been visited.


    For example:


    "Entry from the communications officers logbook: It seems that no human has been in this part of the galaxy before."


    After awhile you'll start getting messages about how you almost ran into another fleet, or that your fleet stopped to have drinks with another fleet to celebrate the expedition results.


    I still see lots of people using fleet compositions that don't maximize the results of an expo or they are sending way too many ships.

    Right now, IMO...the best fleet comp for an expo is 91LC/1DES/1ESP.
