• Hi,

I have recently started to notice an increase of players-bots which are 0/24 online and they usually farm all the time from planet with cargos.

Then I stumbled upon a new bot with massive userbase and even a cloud-hosted configuration of the bot which can farm and FS.
What has GF done to prevent this? Why hasn't their website and bot get shutdown?
It seems ridiculous to me that this is tolerated and that such a thing exists.
It's not fair to play against bots.

I will not use any names or links, but a google serach is all it takes to cheat in this game to the full.
    :youcrazy:

  • It isn't difficult to identify a cheat as cheaters only fool themselves.
The hard part is getting something done about them.

  • I love bots, not botters. We own the bots in zibal. First mark them as bots, launch attacks or fleet with probes and break the little farms. I mean, botting is lame, defeats the point of playing a game in the first place.....but they are great farms and I love figuring out how to break them. I consider bots my super farms and are way better then inactive ......most the time. It's really fun to mess with someone that is an active player with bots and alarms.....i send attacks like they going out of style......gots to make sure those probe and attack alarms are working...same with the bot. Anyways, cheaters suck, farms rock

Like we having 14 year old girls here. I expect now everyday status with some quote and selfie from toilet."
Heretic: "If you want to make it personal...I might ask why you are asking for selfies from ppl you suspect are 14 year old girls and ones from the toilet no less. Creeper much?"

Any chance of writing a guide for that? I'm a lazy miner and inactive farmer but I always said I'd like to experiment a little with fleet - botters seem like worthy targets - but I don't know what to look for and how to mess up their rhythms...

well I won't get too into specifics, as bot users are also forum users. There are many signs that will help you find a bot.....though sometimes there are bot like humans or active players that bot and script on their own account. We usually farm bots that are feeders, that someone appears to have made a separate account that they manage through a proxy or vpn, and that is a autobot that helps feed their main account. What I look for first is 24/7 activity, which speaks for itself 95% of the time. After that I'll look at their fleet activity. Generally speaking, they will probably either have most of their fleet slots always full with either transports, attacks, or expo's running all the time. All of these missions will be weird. The attacks will be small for 20 to 100k profit a lot of the time. The transports will always compile res, but the account will never grow. They will also send out expo's and collect small Dfs by the 1000's. The best way we have found to approach bot users is to figure out if it's an autobot or a person using them on their account..... the latter is very hard to catch and def worth hunting. Autobots are easy, u just launch etc at account until you have the bots perimeters, and figure out an angle that bypasses it. An old example would be to send fleet in esp mission. Then, when the bot fleet auto counters it, that bot fleet will be crushed. All bots will move when attacked....usually somewhere in the last 20m generally speaking, and usually without saying a word. Attack alerts and esp alerts make hitting active botters very hard to hit...but tricks like the one above helped with that. So without writing a guide, I suggest looking around and finding you a nice bot, figure out it's perimeters, then break that bish...they make great farms.
