Asked this in the New Beginnings thread but got no "official" reply - but do the trade rate limits of 3-2-1 and 2-1-1 count for marketplace trades for pushing? As the marketplace seems to get close to 1.1-1-1 to 5-3-1 range or something similar.
Do I have to research who I am buying from on the market to check their rank before I buy their offer to make sure I won't get in trouble? Looking to see if the GOs and SGOs have been told either way for sure what the position is...
