Was just saying the other day to a friend, a new in game tactic, that seems acceptable to the GO's and Gameforge in Cosmos is organised pushing ... to be honest I thought you would get away with it like everyone else has

If you took that DF, then there were pushing - no doubt. But i was quiet sure, that GOs will do nothing as your ally mates are spending much enough DM in this uni. But it seems GOs dont see pushing only to direct DM users, their friends are not protected from bans. Or player should spend more money to protect not only himself, but some other friend too from banning.

But it would be good and fair if GF posted price list. For example, how much DM i have to buy to make GOs blind on that i am making two new accounts and pushing my main acc

Your problem is you kept ress for yourself, i rebuilded what i lost, and all other ress were send to lower players, i thought i explained that enough times, but you all still talking same shit? Why you are not telling how much ress baby alliance get from exyu goodbye hit, ty for letting me know what you still do and think, and forgot about our friendship and all before, i cant be fri3nd with someone who is acusing me for somethi g what obvious isnt truth, so baby ally you can start new mission for crashing me

Isostorm accuses directly Gameforge and not other players.
Before all the Babies i have to declare some things:
1) We wouldnt be here without C4D
2) We would abandon the game before seeing C4D as Hostile or even neutral.
3) If there is a hypothetical bigger acs attack towards C4D in the future and he is in trouble, count our fleets in his acs defend as well.
4) C4D wasnt banned because after the suicide he kept only what was from higher ranked fleets, and the rest he splitted to his friends and us. Many dont know it but the ressources me and Calamity sent to boost you came from C4D directly.
5) C4D got pushed but within the rules. And from what my eyes have seen in this game, and how unfair some others got pushed, i approve and say way to go man. If there are other ways to get pushed in this game within the rules, plz try it, until gameforge drowns in its greedy filth.

The corect therm for C4azyD's profit from that massive ACS is he got pulled... Not pushed.
My advice for everybody is to stop posting your cheating acomplishments. Isostorm you knew that it's not ok what you and Casper are doing but still decided to brag about it. The GO and GM are humans with flawes and qualities... They can't analize every battle that takes place in the univers, nobody would of bothered to look at a combat report with 20kkprofit in a univers like Cosmos unless someone had stirred the waters.

Actually, Gameforge could easily upgrade their operating systems with a few automatic report scripts for suspicious attacks or suspicious growth to be sent to GO's. Then they can focus from there on those cases and check all the past interference of the suspect. But now there is only the transfer to a higher player report. They know they can fix these issues but they wont bother, because the big truth lies behind the money of the abusers. So the there are 3 kinds of players. The Lucky Cheaters, the Unlucky Cheaters, the idiots that follow the rules. If we want gameforge to fix things, we must show them their problems. And what better than the perfect example of cosmos that runs on a King of the Cheats mode.
The GO's are humans with flaws, but the biggest problem with them is that they are fanbase players with friends. I know a personal scandal-case of a friend GO from another gf game that selectively didnt ban his mates from other servers in the server he was operating. And when i see GO's ignoring me on serious violations, i know there is filth behind it. Thats why i always contact other GOs or superior admins for a second opinion. It worked twice till now. GO's ignored the report but their superiors did apply a ban in both cases. Funny is how these GOs instantly applied a ban in other cases.

As for Isostorm and Casper, because i know something about the case, they arranged it before they passed each other in the highscore. Then they delayed it and a few days later it was illegal. They didnt intent to cheat

This whole situation is more of a failure of the rules than of any one player. The pulling rule is meant to allow a low ranked player to get a helping hand but in reality it's so poorly worded that it can also allow top players to gain a massive advantage completely within the rules.

Imagine a situation where the top player in a uni has 52m points, and three other players in the same alliance are right behind with around 50m each. For the purpose of argument we'll assume their points are almost all from fleet. The lower 3 players all decide to quit. But they can't push the top guy before they leave because he's higher ranked right? So to fix that the top player scraps a bunch of his fleet at 75% so that he's now at 5m points. Then each of the 3 quitting players scrap their entire fleets at 75% and send all the res to that player who stuffs his shipyards and ends up with around 140m points and top in the uni by a vast margin.

According to ogame rules, this is legal. The res all came from "higher ranked" players so it's just a pull, a helping hand for that poor guy with only 52m points. This is because the rules are only worded to say that it's unacceptable to obtain an unfair advantage from lower ranked players, but there's nothing forbidding getting an unfair advantage from higher ranked players.

So if players abuse this system is it sneaky and underhanded? Of course. Is it bannable? Nope. Blame Gameforge and their half-baked rules.

Bottom line Isostorm ... push smarter not harder.

If you feel someone is cheating, take it through the support system. In the meantime, I am closing this thread because it does nothing by bring out the trolls.
