math formula to use for resource trading to get exact ratio you want

ok so i have 50m deut

i want 3 times the metal than the crystal

if the rate is around 3:2:1 (merchant)

what formula from math is there that i can use to quickly calculate how much deut i should sell for metal and how much for crystal so at the end i end up with 3 times the metal than crystal?

Convert all deut to Metal : 50M * 3 = 150M metal

Divide 150M metal by 1,5 (ratio of meta to crys 3:2)

You get 100M metal , divide 100M by 3 to get how much Crys = 33,3M crys

Check :

100M metal / 3 = 33,33M deut
33,33M crys / 2 = 16,6M deut

This should work for any amount of deut considering you want 3x Metal:Crys at 3:2:1 rates.
