Alternative to Light Fighters?

Heavy Fighters are good fodders , it has disadvantages that you can't face someone with BattleCruisers as it has Rapidfire from Battle Cruiser .. and they are expensive , Battleships are good for taking down rips as fodders but also are taken down by battle cruiser .. Deathstar are really really slow, the only raid with DeathStar you do is if you'r getting through a big turtle , then you can attack with death star without having any loss ..
In general I still prefer the Light Fighter for farming with some cruisers to take down the shield..

The usage of 4 kinds of ships, which are HFs, Cruisers, Battleships and Battlecruisers, in properly-arranged ratios in accordance to types of targets, with the first 2 ships serving the purpose of cover-up to divert opponent's rapid fire affecting capital ships (Battleships and Battlecruisers).

Go 3:1 ratio between light fighters and heavy fighters. Go 2:1 ratio between heavy fighters and cruisers. Do not build battleships. Go 10:1 ratio between cruisers and battlecruisers.

This will give: 75k LF, 25k HF, 12.5k CRU, 1250 BC.

You'll be absolutely indestructible.
