    How can I get a hold of a GO for virgo?


    I have an issue - created a ticket, checked IRC (maybe not where I should) - and still nothing. And the issue is still there and it bothers me.

    I feel so good now - after having my overview spammed for more than 3 days, the SGO told me he/she would talk to that person!! Oh, how great that is!! This action will definitely take away my frustration and discomfort I had for the last couple of days.


    I do understand the lack of personnel - but this is only due to GF actions. Make the positions more interesting and less demanding.


    It’s like take up a part time job, but without pay.



    I, as a customer, would really like to have access to proper support.

    What would would you like for them to do? Do a reverse address search from their IP address then mail them a pipe bomb? Jesus christ its a war game. Your overview is flashing for a while. So what. Get over it.


    Support does not guarantee anything to the consumer, besides you are always able to escalate the ticket yourself after 24 hours.

    Yeah, it's a war game. But still there are rules that were broken.

    Sure, let's apply your suggestion to everything. Somebody is cheating - get over it. People insulting you - get over it.

    Actually you summed up what KeVLaR was saying nicely. Get over it. Cheating is rampant in the game. Nobody seems to get permabanned these days so any punishment dolled out is temporary at best.
