How long does one have to wait before one can expect a reply from a GO to an inquiry?

Depends on the day...sometimes is fast... but 1 to 3 days.

A GO has 48 hours to respond to a ticket before it is automatically escalated to the SGO.
We do try, however, to have replies to tickets within 24 hours of receipt.

i got my anwser in 15 mins, that was a new record
