New owners of accounts

    I Think its about time that when an account changes hands that is it posted on the board so we know its no longer the same player

    and the account can not be transferred if its still in an alliance.
    or when the player is in an alliance that Ogame gives the alliance notice that this account has change hands.


    It is unfair to find out that the player you had in your alliance for a year or more is no longer that player that is wrong :nono

    I run a clean alliance and I dislike having a member in there that kept the same nick and pretend to be someone they are not.

    how am I suppose to trust my members when all im looking for is this the same player or is this someone else playing this account

    This is not fair it is cheating and I have better thing to do in my alliance than to worry about my members

    This needs to change.


    Even if someone is sitting the account notice needs to be given out to the alliance or the founder at the very least

    That is a part of the intrigue of the game. Trust takes time. Betrayal takes a moment. In real life, spies and counter-agents are a real thing. It is no different in Ogame.

    I do find the constant name changing by some players to be annoying. Is it a new owner, or is it just a name change? One can never be sure without recognizing certain patterns of play.

    But that too, is just the nature of the game...
