The test server is on the Origin server, not the EN server.
If you have an issue that requires support of the ticket system, please open the ticket here:
Opening a ticket in EN support system and not selecting a Universe will severely delay your ticket as it has to first be determined where it is supposed to be, and second has to be assigned there. This all disrupts normal ticket traffic in EN for regular universes.
Please help the team help you and reduce your waiting time by making sure you are in the correct place so you get the prompt service you deserve.
