How do I get rid of these ads that keep appearing in my overview screen;
I close the ad but it reappears the next time I click on another screen

but I did buy some DM and still have 349,000 in the acct,
so how do I get rid of these ads

install ad blocker and that should be enough.
I believe ad blocks go against the Terms and Conditions of playing the game and thus can result in being banned.
But to answer the original questions. Buying DM doesn't remove ads. Only having Commander active disables ads for other games. It won't stop ads for Relo events, DM events etc from popping up though.
Well, I have commander, and yet I still see the Kingdom of Fire ad on mobile every time I try to log in.
"Ad Free" indeed.
It doesn't prevent ads pre login. Only in game. Once you go through the lobby and click on your uni to open up a new window, that's when it becomes ad free.
