There is no way to actively get rid of it. You have to wait 7 days for it to disappear on it's own. I managed to do it twice and had 2 of them for a few days. It's a horrible bug.

Yes. I left alliance A and created alliance B, before reading the message about leaving alliance A. This made it so I could no longer access that message.

takes 7 days. The hidden message says you left your alliance. That's why every category of messages should have a delete and a delete all button.

Unfortunately you need to wait 7 days . Its really annoying.
