It depends on the message?
If what you say in any language violates the T & C or the community rules then there are consequences to that from warnings up to permanent bans.

If you are playing .org, you have nothing to fear.
Other communities use different languages however, and each of them have their own way of dealing with other languages being used.
For example, speaking english on .fr could be warnable/bannable.

I'm not on staff in that community, but I would imagine you'd probably receive a warning first, and then stronger action if there is a repeat.
If you're confused about your community's standard and/or worried about having had a long conversation in English with someone, open a ticket and talk with your GO about your specific case.

morgulm I'm not the game operator in japanese servers (I'm only mod in .jp section, all game operation until now is managed directly by Koop as the Community Manager ), but is that Silverwind said, but providing a simple translation (Google-based is OK) with your message is enough for us here in the forums
