So had a quick glance through known fleets saw an activity timer, probed launched rec as no activity anywhere else! went of came back saw activity 
decided to see if would timer again as had time with my slow rec! and it did 
sent fleet then saw everywhere light up oh just my luck! probed fleet still there nothings changed, ok well if it there i got keep going no "iam on" yet! just would be extra cautious. then couple mins out everywhere timer's, fleet is there no ninja all good for a big BANG! either some friend was trying fake activity or a competitor was trying stake a claim 
either way i win!! Have a fast rebuild defender
