New uni "Sombrero" has 8x economy. Virgo should have 10x

So, after my last server settings proposal, I noticed that people liked cruisers and did not want recyclers slowed to 100 speed. My bad! I didn't realize people were so attached to cruisers and so into recycling. With that negative reception I didn't even bother proposing my next idea, which was to fit the cannons from Destroyers onto small cargos. And my idea to allow moons to have their own moons and put mines on them is obviously not going to fly.

But now, the new "Sombrero" universe has 8x economy, 16x research. And I heard that the maximum speed the new build supports is 10x economy, 20x research.

I'd like to propose that Virgo adopt this rule: 10x economy, 20x research. We were always the fastest economy universe with normal fleet speed. We should still be.

Any agreement? Any objection?
