Simple Q, what rules for this universe aren't enforced? Is it Multiaccounting, bashing and pushing? If so, what is the reasoning behind allowing multiaccounts?

my guess the reasoning behind allowing multy is for players to have some fun with playing multiple accounts while haveing a feeling they are getting ahead of others bcs of that all while not breaking the rules
for GF it eases out on checking that rule and can possibly earn some € if ppl like it and join to play

Univers is full of BOT accounts and GO do nothing about it. Is so hard to ban "people" who send expos 24h and dont do fs at all. Maybe they should put BOT rule as allowed, I send few tickets some are still waiting for after few days

I joined this UNI recently and the Alliance I joined are helpful and one said it was a cheating allowed UNI? Confused is it? That would take the fun out of trying to build a. Nice account.

It's a chaos universe, and multi-accounts, bashing, and pushing are permitted. The other rules are still enforced.

So it's the same as the other universes, the rules exist, but the same happens, pushing bashing and multi account, because nobody does anything about it, so it's a universe like the others

no bots are not allowed by the rules on paper, but seems they are hard to detect so sometimes it slips under the radar
