The merge of the account is being rechecked.
I do not know what the outcome will be.
I have requested a clarification of the merge rules.
I know a lot of people are frustrated - myself included.
Let us all just take a collective deep breath and wait to see what happens.

The issues is too many new uni's come out so everyone just joins a new one for a piece of action. DM is how people get so many points these days.

I have already checked with Gameforge.
We OGamers have always told players if a fleet sits for too long there is a risk of losing it.
"If it sits, it will get hit!"
Given this new possibility, I would recommend every player fleet/resource save.
You never know who will show up next to you.
Complacency will kill fleets and drain resources.
Understand, I do not mean this to sound callous.
I'm just thinking as a player myself because I have no idea who will show up next to me tomorrow...
Quasar isn't exactly a newbie universe.
However, the player came from .org.
The player would have placed at rank #1 in any .org universe.
As such, he was allowed to pick any server as a merge target which was older than 90 days.
I mean, I get what you are saying.
I really do.
But no, this was a legal and legitimate transfer.
Perhaps the public outrage will change some minds higher up within Gameforge.
This is why I am forwarding it.
I cannot make any guarantees though which I am sure you also know.
In the end - it is not my game and I do not make the decisions.

Sorry but all of you looks a bit confused. The transfer was legit or not? In these two post it looks like you are contradicting yourself. Can all of you just clearly wrote wich rules we need to follow to transfer an account out of the graveyard? Is not fair that people has to be scared to get banned for rules that are not even written

I am confused as well.
I know the account is being checked and being absolutely certain the merge was legitimate.
The ban is not because the player did anything wrong.
Until Gameforge reaches a decision, I will not know anything more.
I have also requested these rules be clarified so all may understand them - me, the players, and even the members of Gameforge.

Nonono, it doesn't matter that you earned your right to not fs by crashing pretty much everyone, you should still fleetsave because you never know when a 1 million rips account could merge into your uni!
Even better, you should always be on recalled deployment too, because in a 4x speed uni said account could simply merge during the night, pop & lock you and there would be nothing you could do. So, yeah bro, just wake up at 2am to recall hoping it didn't already happen or just never have your fleet down 
In all seriousness, I wouldn't want to be around when something like this inevitabily happens to OG unis like Uni 1.
I'm sure they would care more than some random guy who had been looking for excuses to quit for way too long.

It is the consequence of the biggest tragedy that hit oGame - MCU.
Before that, players advanced only by mining (slowly) or fleeting (fast).
After the expedition debris was introduced there was a surge in these multibillion accounts.
Hell, my whole universe is built upon expeditions pirate/alien fights.
So there you go, players with no skills could easily become whales.
The issues is too many new uni's come out so everyone just joins a new one for a piece of action. DM is how people get so many points these days.
