You are the only person ever asking for a change of universe settings in OGame Japan. So far, nobody else thought that a change of the economy speed etc. would be necessary. As mentioned, we will look into the topic - But I will not request a change if only one person requests it. There I want at least the majority of the currently active user base to decide for such a change.

I don't think he will send messages until majority state it.
Either via ticket or tell your alliance mates to make board account and post here that they want change.
If more people post here more likely it will be seen by someone in your universe.
I think mmorpg is best kind of reference point :

Also, you are not in the position to question other players in here.
I am well aware of how many active players each universe has, and also have the possibility to check who has an account and for how long.
As previously mentioned, we will find a way to properly check the opinion of the active players in this universe.

Hello,
After discussing your request of changing server settings in OGame Japan Andromeda internally, we came to the conclusion to not take this into consideration.
Andromeda will remain with the current universe settings.
