    Dear Koop


    You are in charge of .JP community.

    It's a very small community.

    I started an account just to check rewards events in first.


    I tried to communicate with you but i have no answer.


    So i open this thread here because maybe you don't check .JP Section


    1. The .Jp board section is not to update.

    Leo, Mizar and Nekkar has merged. You can archive them.

    Orion isn't open on the board. This universe has almost 9 months.


    2. I try to open a pool for setting.

    I still wait an answer or something.

    The lack of response is painful.


    3. Given the little interest you seem to show for this community. Can we have a GA in charge ?

    I don't play a lot but the little that I see is that there is work.

    I would highly suggets you to open up a ticket at the supportsection.

    as koop is the only ingame support in .jp, the ticket goes straight to him.


    but to be honest, the chance to get setting changes in andromeda.jp goes to zero I guess.

    you're the only person asking for it since a month, no one other respondes.


    koops maintasks are all the inhouse support for aion, terra etc. and not only for ogame.jp ;)


    and to be honest, I play .jp several years now, and andromeda is fin how it is imo,

    not all server has to be 8x eco and stuff :)

    I can't send him a ticket anymore.

    he has banned me from support.


    He didn't tell me why but i guess i sent him too many tickets.


    Maybe he is busy with other games but it's not my business. The work has to be done.

    If nobody ask him to do it he won't do anything.


    9 months to update the .jp board section and nothing.


    I am sorry but I find it a lack of respect for the JP community.


    Koop tell us when .Jp community will be interested by doing your job.

    they havio prio here to i think xD but partisan, u can always ask Piink here, she stops by offten, and tends to reply to ppl, so i'd like u to try contact her, myb she knows more

    Thank you for opening this thread.

    What matters is that it is obvious that some COMAs aren't actually doing the job the should be doing (Managing the community).

    How can a COMA do that if he visits his community every 3 months?


    Piink and prongs are great example of COMAs, these smaller ones are just meh... which means that necessity of certain communities should be revised and steps should be taken to satisfy the players of those.

    Again, Koop is not a CoMa but is helping out as best he can.

    CoMa is the only Gameforge badge on the forum.

    So any Gameforge employee working in an official capacity will get that badge.

    He works in a different service department.

    He is helping out with OGame.jp.
