    Later today, Thursday 1st of December, we will update OGame Mobile App with version 2.9.0


    Bugfixes:

    • Fixed an issue where the high score filters went off screen
    • Fixed an issue where the Asian and Arabic fonts displayed boxes
    • Fixed a variety of smaller localisation issues
    • Fixed an issue where the refill button was not aligned properly


    Added Features:

    • Jump gates
    • Alliance overview
    • Alliance search and create
    • BGL news categories and removed starting times
    • Added a button to the lobby to speed up the account creation on the latest servers
    • New game accounts will now be directed to class selection

    Note: Alliance features are still in development. This is not the final version regarding that and should be considered in Beta phase


    Known issues:

    • Resource trader is visually broken

    On Thursday, 3rd of August, we will be updating OGame Mobile App with version 5.0.X. The new version will be available as soon as it's approved by Google/Apple.


    Changelog:


    New:

    • Prepared the App for a new immersive player introduction update
    • Prepared the App for adding the notes functionality
    • Added social buttons to the galaxy view (e.g., buddy request, send message, ignore player)
    • Implemented a new navigation menu with the option to hide/sort menu points
    • Introduced a new planet navigation system with sorting capabilities
    • Replaced planet swiping with gestures to open the main menu and planet navigation
    • Removed the text field in the native keyboard and the calculator
    • Redesigned pop-ups to match the overall design
    • Added animation effects for resource rewards/DM purchases


    Bugfixes:

    • Resolved the issue of combat log sections being hidden behind the navigation bar due to the missing scroll function
    • Corrected the display of shared expedition reports
    • Increased the stability of fleet sending functionality
    • Improved the stability of the build menu
    • Fixed a bug that prevented the display of the required DM amount for buying resource packages


    Known issue: The App may break when starting a relocation while a fleet is ongoing with game server version 9.3.0. The App becomes temporarily unusable until the fleet completes its mission.


    Notes:

    • The immersive player introduction is disabled on all live rounds and will be enable as soon as the web version is updated with that feature. The same happens with ACS feature.
    • As soon the new version is deployed on LIVE we will pause the Beta program for Apple and Android. That means you will not get any new version there. If you have still the Beta version running you should follow the guidelines to leave them.
    • The Mobile PTS server will be still available and you can test the new features there with the current Live app version

    If you want to use the production version of OGame Mobile, you'll have to leave the beta program and then wait for the release of the next production version of OGame Mobile, which will be installed on your devices.

    1. Browse to the Testing OGame Mobile page, the same page where you joined the beta program.
    2. In the Leave the testing program section, click the Leave the program link. A confirmation message will appear shortly, stating You left the testing program.

    If you want to use the production version of OGame Mobile, you'll have to install the production version of OGame Mobile on your device again.

    1. Go to your AppStore and search for OGame
    2. Click on Install and confirm that you want to have this version instead of the Version from TestFlight.
