Not a big story behind this.... This guy never does fs and never had the chance to attack due to have low amount of recyclers to clean up the debris resulting from the attack. When I was able to create enough recyclers, performed the attack and got a nice profit ;). Hope that the player learnt the lesson and starts to do fs and wish him fr!
