I spied this fleet early in the night and kept watching the defender's activity. Much to my surprise, a harvest mission to slot 16 showed up with the full fleet. I scanned the planet, and even more shocking, all the resources apparently were left behind. What a strange thing to do when you have a moon. I figured two hits on the defense will weaken it a little, and make me some more profit before the phalanx hit happens.
