You're calling us to discuss and share our suggestions but as you can see over the last 9 pages, there has been plenty of suggestions and the player base has a, more or less, general concensus. What we're lacking is the discussion and feedback from your side. There is nothing more to be discussed between the players themselves.

That's not true. We were giving feedback (for example, last one here) and the player base has no consensus as different people suggested different alternatives from his side that can't be done at the same time, unless we make no merges at all.

ye that was true, but pre that time.. tho yea mr Danimanza ur most reliable here besides our new BA . So true, myb pools, but somewhat new target unis are fine, except myb lower first option to war 2x instead 3x... and keep the rest same, or as felix somewhere suggested 2 - 4 - 6 or 1 -3 -5 with decent peacefull fleet speeds... also deut consumptions MUST BE LOWERED since there are alot of big acc, transing ress costs. Also we ddnt get our answer on WILL THE NEW UNIS BE COUNTED AS 1 YEAR OLD or NOT? . Due 100% and such dm EVENTS?!. tnx

Because ok, let's assume we do a poll in each universe before the merge poll.
There are a few problems you get then.

- First of all, you don't know which option will win the merge poll. This would make the players poll lengthy. You would need a poll in case option 1 wins, in case option 2 wins etc.

- Second, let's say universe 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 will be merged in universe A and B. Those 5 universes all got a different outcome for their poll and to make it even more complicated, a part of the players will migrate to universe A and another part to universe B. What are you going to do? You'll still end up needing to trust GF that they make logical decisions based on the outcome.

You don't have these problems when you do a player poll after the merge poll. You know at that point which merge option won and you know the exact population per universe after the merge poll.

A players poll after the merge poll would also be much more logical, first you poll the global settings and after that the detailed settings, not the other way around.

PS: Sometimes I really wonder why people stay here if they trust GF absolutely not. GF will forever make the important decisions so it seems like some peeps are torturing themselves here…

Or let's say it different, I'd always play a game where I trust the decisions from the organisation behind it…

Not sure about the first poll. I guess A will win so the newer servers can avoid the older ones. For the second poll I'm pretty sure option 1 will win. There's far more miners and I see no reason why they would vote for faster speed, higher debris field and lower consumption.

Definitely Option B and Option 1 for me.

Yeah my thoughts exactly. So us fleeters will be forced into a lower speed than the one we signed up for. Good times.

I’m not voting. What’s the point. I’m not getting what I signed up for in this uni, all options aren’t close to what I started with in Dione.

Either way I’m forced to merge into a uni I’m gunna be so far behind in. Just giving higher accounts more targets to crush and the uni will just become dead yet again.

If you have an account in both Quantum and Oberon. Then you don't really have a choice but to put one into uni1. That is if option A is chosen, which seem more likely.

there are in total like 8 old universes involved in the merge process, if you have 2 accounts is already a good thing that you're not forced to give away one of them. Just v mode and move it with graveyard and take some rest if you don't like the other option to move

Can Volans be made a Target universe for those of us with many accounts?

The smell is Game Forge taking a giant crap on us...and then the smell will change to its rotting corpse as players jump ship and wash that stench off of us.

First of all, let's post the options again here. Might be handy while talking about it.

I'll choose option B and option 2. Why?

Well, let's give everyone freedom of choice. I don't need it (I go 100% to Gamma) but I know people in Quantum who want to play a bit slower, however the 1X speed from uni1 is too slow for them.

I play as a miner but we're not playing farmville, supporting the fleeters a bit isn't a bad thing.
