Bandit Fleet Retreats!?

How does this happen against a bandit target??

I got 100% resources but the whole fleet fled...is this a bug?

It's normal, not a bug.

The only difference against a bandit it's farm 100%, if it's over 5:1 (or 3:1 with admiral) tactical retreat, he flies

So they need to change the tooltip that says bandit fleets never flee ... seems pretty basic to have said this for years and it not actually be the case

if battle was honorable it shouldt flee, if not, then it can and a 500k points above doesnt flee, under 500k it does also
