Best Uni specs for those who do not buy DM

Hi everybody!

I came back to play after years and years of absence.

After spending a month catching up on all the changes the game has undergone, I have a rather important question: What are the characteristics a uni must have to create the most impartial environment possible?

There will always be those who buy DM, and that's fine. But I have noticed that uni where economics and research are high the points gap between the top 10 and the rest of the top 100 is enormously greater, especially in economics and research

What is your opinion on this?

I am looking forward to reading the opinion of those who, unlike me, have played in the last period and know more about it.

I really like the LF extension. However, I noticed that Vega has only 199 active players. The number has been more or less constant in the past 12 months.
Uni 1 has 539 active players, but slower peaceful fleet speed which reduce account development speed.

I also noticed that Saros, the new server, has 2000+ active players and an interesting 4000+ registrations.
So I was wondering if it would make more sense to start on Saros (very slow Uni, good on the long run).
