Today I learned: always have a bunch of recs with a split up fleet, even if you don't need them for the hit you split the fleet up for in the first place...
I chose to jump the heavy ships (without recs) instead of the faster ones with recs added, for fewer losses, quickly build the recs needed with the resources I had in place and a detroit from import/export, and jump some more ships later for the follow-ups. All worked out. Fleet returned, and I had just launched three waves for one of the planets that had similar resources sitting, when he came online, so that cost me another 2kk+ deut. But hey, I don't complain.
Almost simultaneous hits on two moons. And man, what a joy to at last have recs fitted with hyperspace drive now! =) FR defender!
