How much more do we need? I know 9x9 and myself (and I’m hoping others 🤞) have been messaging players to try get them to respond, but there’s literally only 194 active players (according to mmorpg, I’m surprised it’s that much tbh).

So around 10% have replied…which if you take a look around the board for this uni you’ll see this is actually a lot

I’m just wondering what we’re actually aiming for, “more” replies is pretty vague (this whole concept of universe settings etc is new to me, as an original u6.org that just returned here - it wasn’t a thing back in my day 🤣)

if we need more, is there a way to send a message to everyone in our uni? We get messages for every event etc, so I’m assuming it’s not impossible a message pointing people to this post could be sent to help us out?

For my vote, I was forgetting that our uni’s faster is research, so I would vote for eco 8, and research 16.

I personally would also vote for deut to df too…I have seen this is been rolled out to every universe in other servers too so would assume this may eventually be in consideration for .org, so why stay behind the times

ok, but I asked above what are we aiming for? Your target of “more” players is very very vague.

Can the ingame admins help by sending a link to this post to everyone?

also what can we do for those that can’t join the forum, numerous people have told me they have tried but just constantly get an “access denied” message. So they can’t post their opinion (whereas funnily enough if this was sent to a uni vote then they could actually their opinion)

i know 1 player (Rusty) sent a ticket to let someone know his opinion as he can’t sign up for the forum, to be told it has to be here he replies?

If you look at the posts across Mathilde since it was opened, you’ll see that it’s one of the most unused boards there is…less than half the top 100 are active…something needs to change

i am also voting to change the economy speed to 8x instead of 4x especially if we ever get merged with servers that already have those settings.

The fleet speed, i would like to stay the way it is. That was kinda why i joined this server.

since im not a fleeter im not really for deut in the debri field but if it can help the activity of the server maybe its not a bad thing.

I also want to say that before i was able to make this forum account i got alot of times the acces denied. this is also the reason i am only answering this thread now.

is there a way to send or make a poll ingame? this will make it a lot easier to get the amount of votes nessecary to make the change happen.

Considering the server is almost dead, the number of replies we already got is quite good, especially seeing how everyone is overwhelmingly positive towards x8 eco.

We could probably discuss other setting via a simple vote, as long a war fleets stay 1x, I really really don't care about deut to debris being active or not. Faster friendly fleets would be convenient as well, but it's not nearly as critical as 8x eco.
I think as soon as we can all agree that 8x eco is a much needed change, we can always thin out the specifics about other settings.

The problem with registration was that when i wanted to make an account and clicked on registration i got a disclaimer. There i was able to accept the rules and stuff but the page after that said acces denied. You’re not authorized to view this page. From there you couldnt go any further.

Okay so what’s the plan now?

Is there any update on what is going to happen? Is there a poll going to happen in game or is it staying like this. Just keeping this on the forum isn’t going to do anything. I think you can see that with the amount of response there is on this thread. If its going to stay like this on the forum i don’t think their will be a lot more people going to vote and the activity of the uni will only decrease.

This issue is being treated just like the actual server. Left to die and swept under the rug.
