How does Plasma tech work?

    I'm a bit confused how plasma tech works. I have level 7 plasma technology and it is active on some planets but not all, in terms of boosting resource production. What would stop it being applied?

    Nothing stops it from being applied. If you have it, then it is always applied. Can you provide screenshots where it is and isn't applied, it's hard to say much without it.

    maybe your mines are not the same everywhere that is why you will get different production values

    Hehe didnt expect that one from you Bella xD.... Yeah i found out the hard way i switched to collector without even checking that each crawller requires energy , i just thought bunch of bonuses xD lazy gameplay yeeyy .. haha i literally drowned myself, put all i had into crawlers and then i login and find negative 30k energy on each planet LOL, zero bonuses on all planets, took me days to get out of that one, also i think if you have an item it deactivates too, so you could lose valuable days of production if its a 7 day item

    i actually noticed it once, immediately after last update and i thought that's just a bug as it was later resolved; but actually it seems like i resolved my negative energy :D
