helpful but as it doesn't have the neuro center to get any T3 it won't work. Also missing some of the prereq buildings that need to be at certain levels to build other buildings.

neuro ceneter a.k.a "highschool" - lvl 10.
you will unlock most of the buildings anyway to get to T18 (check pereqs in tech tree). as for efficiency.. it doesnt matter much at early stage. cost to open up all buildings in the tech tree is insignificant to any mix of buildings needed for T18. whats pain is the extra energy consumption tho. especially for Rocktals. -
