Welcome to ogame =). It's a cool browser game so just have fun and don't pay attention too much about highscore =). If you are 1st time playing i recommend that you meet someone who can explain few very important things such as fleetsaving and where to colonise and so on :). There are some basic things that could be great if you do them right from the start because later it might be a bit too hard to change :P.
