I liked Best villian so:

GKP and TC duo. There is not such thing as a better villian combo in ogame, I love the role they play. Deneb should be mentioned here, but honestly I feel like he is more of just the guy that assassins send res to for IPM's because it's easier than shooting them themselves. <- could be wrong on that, but just my impression as a reclusive miner.
