Where can I find up-to-date calculators for phalanx fleet return (from Transport or Deploy/recall missions)?

I tried googling, but everything I find is out of date, old, and when I try to use it and test it on my own fleet, I'm getting wrong results (like wrong ships speed with my current tech for ecahmple).

I was wondering if there's a place here on the forum where calculators like these are listed? I also couldn't find it, so I'll appreciate a link, if anyone can share. Thanks
