If someone launches a missile attack on me without profit but with the sole purpose of lowering my defenses,Can I report him and he will be punished?
If I report him, will he be punished? Why does he tell me that it is not illegal!!
The rules don't mention anything about it. The only thing I know is that there is no limitation in missile attack, the other can throw as many as he wants.
