GO/SGO ? Xuange

    Who should I contact when you have no reply or anything for more then 48h ..
    I´ve been patient enough to wait and see what will happen who will compansate things, who will sort the problem..

    Don't forget that we're all volunteers and that sometimes real life doesn't allow us to process OGame tickets within 48 hours.

    Please be patient, and if the operator takes too long, the SGO will take over. ;)

    All good , I understand all , we all have personal life ..
    but 60 hours, that nobody replys on huge issue.. where 4 players were damaged, and 1 walks away. should be matter of SGO by the time now...

    The aspect that adds urgency to the matter is the fact that the defender profited from a bug (4 out 5) of his fleet was saved and now he is using this fleet that should not exist, also we aren't talking about a small fleet either but top 7 fleet. It is quite shocking that this issue wasn't addressed yet.
