Why do we get deut into df but not deut reduction? Is it because it's under 70%? I mean 2/3 of all vote were for it.

Yes

It was just pointed out to me, that even with 10% extra users, votes against, didn't have a chance

72+38=110% (I know it is an honest mistake and you pressed 3 instead of 2 in DF off)
31/(31+12=43)x100 = 72%
12/43x100=28%

We'll see after the merger, but normally, this delay will be reset. I hope we'll be able to communicate properly once the merger has taken place about the restart and the process of the polls after that ; )
