Hey, I got a quick question.
Last days I'm being scanned by a guy who is red for me. How is that possible? I'm not an outlaw.
There is a nice idler next to me. Is he using the system scan feature? But my friend in the same system says he is not being scanned.
Btw, how do these system scan / system phalanx things work/look? I couldn't find any info or screenshots...
