On Monday, April 20, at 05:00 CEST we will have a Network Maintenance and the access to the game will be restrict.

    Every day, our alliance BALKS faces 3 to 5 espionage attempts from DOOM. However, today a special situation occurred. Our colleague LOST, whom we sincerely thank for his bravery, decided to initiate provocation towards players from EUR (Doom). Although we laughed at their attempts, the situation became more serious when they moved into our solar system. We saw everything, everything was amusing to us, but the truth is that none of them knows how to play without END.


    This morning, after the provocation, the entire force of EUR ships launched an attack on our ally Sekula. Sekula quickly reacted and reported the attack, withdrawing the deploy without any prior espionage, so as not to confuse them and avoid miscalculating the time since time calculations cannot be paid for in Euros.


    Fortunately for us, they managed to predict when his fleet would be returned, which gave us 5 hours to prepare. We immediately contacted our colleagues Korsakov, Cav, and Jack Reacher, and together we organized a response to the attack.


    This attack was largely dedicated to our colleague Crnogorka, who today was with us heart and soul, even though she was in V mode (she always somehow escapes, hehe).


    Of course, the EUR team from Doom will probably spend a few thousand euros to retaliate, but that is not a problem for us. Let them be happy with that.

    Well i will edit my post, saying they spend euros to boost the ships while asking the biggest spender reacher to acs def is kind hipocracy but ok say whatever you want if it makes you feel "better"

Saw Supernoob's post from another thread where he noticed some big points swings and I've been waiting all day to see this :biggrin: I'm not in Wurren but great numbers and an ACS on both sides... congrats! Story didn't disappoint either, it being a revenge hit from reacher too I suppose.

    So that's what i was waiting to see. I have to say, it's a helluva lot of fireworks.


    I guess the Doom guys weren't expecting 3 different alliances ganging up against them, but honestly it wasn't that hard to predict. When you start behaving the way they did, at the END you reap what you saw. Spite can be one hell of a motivator.


    The END result is two Doom fleets completely obliterated, with the respective owners in vmode (hello Krumme, what are you going to say about it? Will you call them weak-minded and cowardly as well?) and the other 3 reduced to deathstars only. Will it be the END of Doom dominance? Only time will tell. For certain, this is not the END of the story.


    On a side note, i can't help wondering how much money went to the drain today. Probably enough to buy a new car.

    Euros will always dominate xD especially since unbalance of DM prices when u compare to countrys BDP or either incomes.. they should balance now dm costs with countrys instead same price for all.. like ppl in germany get same amount of dm as we do on balkans and their "average" pays are even 3-5x higher then ours.. so yh they should start doing something with that part atleast xD but yea as non dm player GG guys u organised really well!     Thank you all, really the whole universe and the people who didn't give up and did a great job against the monsters that tried to destroy this server!! And when I say monsters I don't say that because they are skilled. I said that because they are just a nightmare for this game, helped by their pockets.


    But in the END, they showed their weakness. A not very smart move, desperate because someone else pushed more money than them, they tried to get some resources in the game, probably as a precursor to their next move: pumping money again.


    They made mistakes!! Unachievable, they'll keep thinking what, but they can't understand... because their limit: money can't think.

    I still remember when madchef asked end (lowercase for him) for help because someone attacked him and he just went there to break him first. This is karma boy!!

    Hello everyone and have a nice game. Yes, it was a good war and we lost. I congratulate the players in defense, they organized a very good organization and the result was very good for them. After all, that's the nature of this game. You will either shoot or be shot. Happy gaming everyone and keep having fun.

    You make it sound like it was all under control the entire time. Thats a very interesting take on the situation for sure.
    Also would have been neat to see how much debris you guys actually got. Im guessing you didnt get profit but it was close - including spacedock maybe almost broke even? regardless itd be cool to know.


    Sad to see the fights of the creditcards to be honest. I absolutely love these kind of hits, but I really wish END and Reacher had more reasonably sized fleets.

    Anyways - itll be interesting to see what the uni looks like in a week or two - or even a month or two.
    - I fear this kills any motivation any of the sides may have. DOOM may just quit and focus on other uni's and BALKS may lose interest in the uni without the threat from DOOM.

    So many times, and from so many people I heard many bad stuff about DOOM. And yet they were always the ones on the winning side of HOFs. That can be because not many teams can arrange them ninja like this - not many people are willing to spend more than them.

    From what I see here, one of the defenders here really spent certain amount of DM, and I wouldnt really attack him for doing that.

    We all know that ogame came down to that, and many times without proper amount of DM, you cant really damage your enemy.

    Now if your enemy spent so many EUR, the toughest kick you can stage him is the one with even more EUR. It will hurt him the most.

    So I salute to this hit.

    I admit that like many other casual players in the universe I'm enjoying it a bit, in the end being taken by those who spend more than you is the fate of those who only and exclusively use money to excel in a pastime game.

    Sky high numbers and that's it, there isn't much to brag about regarding hit itself? or am I wrong? I do understand the hype around it, but isn't it just a little bit too much? Since approx. 9 am we knew who and where the person sent fleet to defend as per conversation with Reacher on discord :confused:, Cav leaving Vmode etc. for obvious reasons I can't share much more :beware:

    I personally wanted a big bang, as per past few weeks you would have noticed I haven't built any fleet, it was only shrinking with ever single hit since you's all are watching like a hawks, it'd be easily noticed :D :sixstars:

    Not bothered rebuilding it/playing on uni full of hypocrites. In all fairness I've got bored. I went all-in into this acs, knowing its going to be huge bang with huge minus. I'm only really sorry for dragging omar, imba and Link into this. If I'd say recall, we would have recalled. Feel free to blame and curse me - I deserve it :( Apologize to the whole Doom crew for bringing shame among our small "family"! If it was genuine mistake I wouldn't feel as bad, however it is what it is. My stupidity.
