My first hit here under this name :))))
I saw him, put a colony two days ago next to him, moved the fleet and waited for him to go inactive. nothing like that happened :)) He just did a looong fleetsave! Last night I moved the RIPs, planning MDs at midnight, but surprise, he was online. I postponed the plan and went back to sleep. In the morning, again, I saw him online, but I didn't want to leave without trying, not least when I was stuck for 2 days with my fleet and a lot of deuterium consumed there.
So I sent the MDs, reaching him in broad daylight. The moon was destroyed in the 2nd wave. And the surprise: his fleet returns in 1h 50 minutes :)))) a perfect time.
Not sure if he knows how to ask for help in the alliance / this is the second time we've caught him and no one shows up to defend him.
I hadn't thought about planet defense until then :))) So v1xx quickly appeared there and helped me finish the job
