Long time no see, ladies and gents. I had 2 more hits which I forgot to post, but it is what it is.
I was chasing harakiri there for a long time. Had him once (spy mission attack), the spy mission landed with a fricking 20% chance for counter....I was soooooooo furious...well long story short it didn't trigger.
I saw harakiri idle for long periods of time, with his fleet sitting most of the time in lower G6 where I didn't have any colonies.
Today spotted him idle again in G6 but his fleet was in G1...so I was like myb it's worth a try.. and it was, rest is history.
