I would like to suggest a setting change that peaceful fleet speed is raised from 1 to 4 the rest should stay as it is
1x Peaceful ---> 4x Peaceful

Polls can only be requested 6 months after the universe creation date. Thus, for Yin, no poll can take place before 02/08/2024.
You'll have to wait for this date (or start discussing it again a few weeks before and mention an admin after 02/08).
