Daily limit on lifeforms missions

Hello, recently (in the last week from what I can remember) I'm stumbling upon the same message towards the end of the day regarding that I can't send any more lifeform exploration mssions since I have reached the daily limit for those. However, I don't recall reaching this limit at all in the past, and I have been sending consistently basically the same amount of these exploration missions everyday for 2 or more months. Is this a recent change? Since when was it implemented (maybe from a week to now, which matches its appearence to me)?

Thank you for your reply! It enlighted me, I had never paid attention to those tiny numbers, really. Just one more thing: do you happen to know if the total limit depends on the age of the account or on the age of the server?

It depends on when the life forms were introduced to the server. If your account was created in a recent universe that already had lifeforms when it was released, there's no question about it. And if your account is old (from 2008, for example) but the lifeforms weren't implanted until September 24, 2023, you'll have 50 discoveries * 366 days, i.e. 18,300 discoveries today. And this figure will increase by 50 every day, no matter what mergers take place in the future.
